Customer Order /Advance

The customer can freeze gold rate at time of placing order by paying 90% advance of the product value. The customer can place an order without freezing the gold rate of any product on a minimum payment of 20% of the product value.

Jewellery Sold by sri ganapathi jewellers can be exchange for a product of the same value, if the Jewellery to be exchanged fulfils the following conditions:-

• The Product is not tampered with or altered.
• The Product is not tampered with or altered.
• It is returned within 7 days from the time of purchase.
• If the customer exchanges the product for a low value product, no refund on the difference amount shall be given. However if the customer exchanges the product for a higher value product, then the difference amounts shall be paid by the customer.

Life Time Exchange Policy:

The original Tax Invoice has to be submitted at the time of exchange, sales return.

Ornaments of 916 Hallmarked can be exchanged at 100% of the net weight i.e. , ( after deducting weight of stone , gems, beads, enamel, Laak/ Wax or any other material ) on the prevailing rate of Gold.

Life Time Buy Back Policy

The original Tax Invoice has to be submitted at the time of exchange, sales return.

Ornaments of 916 Hallmarked can be exchanged at 100% of the net weight i.e. ,( after reducing weight of stone , gems, beads, enamel, Laak/ Wax or any other material ) on the prevailing rate of Gold and cash 10% less than exchange price. If returned back, the payment in excess of Rs. 10,000/- shall be made only by account payee cheque to the person producing the cash memo and carrying a valid photo ID matching with the purchasers name mentioned on the bill.

The company reserves right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.

The consumer can get the purity of the hallmarked jewellery / articles verified from the BIS recognised A&H centre. The list of BIS recognized A&H centre along with address and any contact details is available on the website: www.bis.gov.in
